A JOURNEY TO FITNESS 
   
we know many people actually exercise on daily basis no matter what really happens but you know what they aint just doing that because they want to see their body in that stereotype fit and well shaped way! but also some of the people want to see how capable they are, how determined they can be and some of the people do that because they want to stay young and fit!
    exercises are not just those heavy workouts but they are also those dance sessions and jogging routines..
i have seen that if a person has stamina then they can work for longer hours and can be more productive than those who doesnt!  but what really is stamina? well, according to me this is ability to sustain to a prolonged activity mentally or physically! got it ? in case you didnt well, i know you guys are really smart and might have but let me explain this in lay man language. stamina can be considered as for how long one person can continue to a particular deed! if you have the habit to walk for 2k kms and a friend of yours has the habit to walk 1k km and you both go out on a walk you will clearly see the difference between you too!
   
fitness was not an issue until people got forbidden to much of the physical work themselves, now people around the world can work from home and are always on screens! whereas, earlier people were engaged in outdoor works and their work was tough. we all see different people working so hard doing things, those who work on the streets they are skinny because they dont have proper food and also because they work hard enough! on the other hands, its us not working that hard and also need to focus on work more!

it's okey to be NOT that fit
    yes, it is completely okey to be skinny and yes, it is completely okey to be a bit chubby! it is okey to sit home but going out often doesnt harm too! it is completely fine to work late night on screen but it is also good to spend some time with family, it is okey to try exercises but eating your favorite dishes once in a while isn't that harmful too!
    dont be stereotyped by people in the case of fitness just be excited enough to be healthy because you have a family which needs you and there's you who needs you to accomplish your dreams! what is the benefit of getting extra bonus from working late at night if you cant live peacefully and happily? what if your family is falling apart and you are working this hard on screen to get more of luxuries but for whom are you going to get those luxuries?!  being yourself is good but also be healthy enough...



As most people already know i am not someone so ideal to speak about exercise because i am a lazy person and a mesomorph. so i went to someone really close to dig up ideas for me to write about and get his story...
   
    a  year back 
                          he was 16 years old and was living a carefree life just like any other teenager, until his weight issues turned into blood pressure's diseases and often panic attacks. he had 95 kg of weight... now, when his family took him to the doctor, the doctor clearly told him that if this continues he might get an heart attack anytime... this hit him made.. or you can rather say this somewhat changed his life.. he looked back at his family and decided to change his own life :) 
he started exercising.. yes, it was hard to continue because his body didnt let him.. his body wasnt familiar with all those sweaty workouts but he kept himself persistent and now he helps other people in designing their diet plans and work out routines :) he has 60 kg of weight now and is working to build abs and muscles further ;)
